THE PROJECT PROCESS
Each project is assigned a team of consultants, supervised by VP of Consulting, led by a Project Manager, and executed by a team of associates, who have all graduated from the 10 week Analyst Workshops directed by VP of Internal Development. Over a 10-week period, each team develops a deliverable to present to the client. The Project Manager and team members meet regularly with the client throughout this process to ensure that each client's needs are clearly identified, addressed and achieved.
